SHIPPING
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You can rest assured your product gets delivered from a quality carrier, in a timely manner.
We work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times may vary depending on your location but you should expect your order to be processed within 1–3 business days, and delivered within 2-4 business days.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
To start a return, contact us at: customerservice@hmoissan.com with proof of purchase and the reason for your return. We'll provide instructions and a return authorization. Please ship the items in their original packaging, and provide us with the tracking number. Moissan is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
RETURN OR EXCHANGE TIMING
Purchases made on Moissan.com or any Moissan Store may be returned or exchanged within 30 days following delivery or purchase.
Once received, it may take your return or exchange five to seven business days for our quality control team to confirm its in perfect condition and unworn .
Refunds will return to your original method of payment.

In the rare case that you want to return an item, we're here to help make the process simple and straightforward. Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery or purchase of your product. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all packaging and certificates intact.

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WITH MOISSAN STORES
You are also welcome to visit a Moissan store in the same country of purchase to process your exchange or refund. Please note that the item must belong to a current collection, as we do not exchange discontinued pieces.
RETURN POLICY
Moissan pieces eligible for return or exchange must be in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, and in the original packaging, including the authenticity certificate. The original receipt must also be included. Moissan will not accept any return if the creation shows signs of wear, has been used, or has been altered from its original condition in any way. Refunds may be declined if all conditions are not met.
Once received, it may take your return or exchange five to seven business days for our quality control team to confirm its in perfect condition and unworn .
Refunds will return to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days after getting cleared by our quality control team.

We'll provide instructions and a warranty exchange authorization. Please ship the items in their original packaging, and provide us with the tracking number.
